Direct message the job poster from Afromerge GOCThe ultimate goal of the recruitment assistant is to be the driving force in developing the systems that will help our group of companies search for, identify, and incorporate talent into the limbs of our organization.Short-Term GoalIn the short term, the assistant will need to find and hire candidates for five management positions currently needed by the Afromerge group of companies.Responsibilities and MethodologyWe have our own ideas on what the best ways of going about this task would be, however, the actual method, on solving these problems, will be decided by the recruitment assistant. We would like to encourage creativity and self-efficacy for the person responsible for this task. From our side, that means empowering the recruitment assistant with the tools required to fulfill their task while providing them with stable working conditions that allow them to comfortably focus.Company Position and Market OpportunitiesAfromerge is positioned, not only on a massive market, where there are endless business opportunities up for grabs to whoever has the management capabilities of seizing them, but is also attached to many existing businesses that have huge demands on high-performing personnel.Long-Term VisionSo as to make efficient use of the structures the recruitment assistant will be setting up, we encourage, if within the assistant's capabilities, to solidify a structure that will serve as a new and separate business arm of the Afromerge group of companies. The separate entity would serve as a constant generator of high-quality talent, indefinitely, where we will encourage the creation of new businesses based on the talent that we find.Path to ManagementThe reasons why this position is not an immediate management position is because the process of identifying the persons who will be responsible for setting up the entire management structure of our group of companies, and therefore have significant impact on the future of the company, will at first be required to prove themselves.
