Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual with a SAICA Accredited Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree to join their team as a SAICA Article Clerk. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in the accounting field. Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with SAICA standards and regulatory requirements. • Perform audits of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to auditing standards. • Assist in the completion of tax returns and other compliance-related tasks. • Collaborate with senior team members to gain practical experience and develop technical skills. • Conduct research and analysis on accounting and auditing issues as required. • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Requirements: • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree from a SAICA Accredited university. • Strong academic history. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. • Commitment to pursuing a career in accounting and obtaining a CA(SA) qualification.
