The successful candidate will be responsible for the maximum collection of amounts overdue from various funders and patients. Critical Outputs Responsible for reconciliation of payments and collections. Filing of relevant documentation. Ensure that patient accounts are followed up timeously. Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies. A timeous collection and allocation of all payments Reduction in Debtors Day to company target Timeous identification of short payment and implementation of alternate collection process. Requirements Grade 12 NQF Level 4 qualification in Administration, Office Management or related will be an advantage Two-year work experience in a similar environment Experience in dealing with people including managing conflict Knowledge of hospital procedures and medical terminology will be an advantage.
