They are committed to innovation, quality service, and the well-being of their clients. The role:Our client is seeking a Regional Service Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis in Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to members, advisors, providers, and suppliers in accordance with prescribed processes. This role will involve coordinating regional office functions and logistics, managing purchases, and providing assistance with member engagements and activations. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment within a medical scheme. Functions:Deliver excellent service to members, advisors, providers, and suppliers.Coordinate regional office functions and logistics, including purchases and other arrangements.Assist with member engagements and tempo activations.Proactively resolve problems and manage conflicts as they arise.Utilise excellent customer service skills, including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, and closing.Ensure accurate data entry and typing skills.Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly.Skills:Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and Internet.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Excellent negotiation skills.Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with strong interpersonal communication.Team player with a caring attitude.Flexible in adapting to changes and management decisions.Proficient in problem-solving techniques and record keeping.Leadership skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
