Qualifications: BCom and Honours (Finance) 5+ years of post-article experience 3+ years of management experience Advanced Excel Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 2. Accountabilities&Responsibility Areas: Supervision and management of the Group’s Shared Services teams, including Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, General Accounting and Cost Control. Intercompany Recons Assessing the current Shared Services processes and procedures and proposing and implementing ways to streamline them. Documenting all processes and procedures for the Shared Services functions, together with team leaders. Procure accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, including, but not limited to external shareholder reporting, monthly management of accounts and weekly cash flows. Assist with the annual statutory audits, ensuring all Group fieldwork and specific company-audited financials are signed off and filed within specific deadlines. Coordinate and manage the team's objectives to ensure the Shared Services team meets all within specified deadlines. Develop and implement a monitoring system (dashboard) for all Shared Services functions to track the team’s KPI’s. Keep abreast of changes in financial regulation and legislation. Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Finance or Head of Financial Transactions.
