In this role you will be reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager ELSB & ELSP and will be responsible to develop an effective (business area/division/product group) sales strategy within the specified market scope and maintain it, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Define, plan, lead and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity and customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance, proactively ensuring the development and implementation of corrective actions to secure business growth when needed. Lead, develop and coach the Sales organization (sales specialists within scope) to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.Your responsibilitiesDefining key sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor the performance, anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactivelyIdentifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation and allocating required resources, planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfactionParticipating in the negotiation of key contracts, identifying, monitoring and maintaining/exceeding the sales market price levels, after evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management teamSupporting sales organizations to ensure the achievement of sales volume and product mix targets, monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teamsIdentifying and managing potential risks (including cybersecurity) related to contract agreements across customers/channels, developing, implementing and reviewing sales processes and tools and the related training and development activitiesPromoting and enabling collaboration in the division, across divisions, business areas and teams to maximize results for ABB, providing guidance to the teams and seeking knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teamsBuilding effective, competent and high-performing teams, reviewing organizational effectiveness and performing competence assessments and continuous skill upgradesYour backgroundBachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering or relevant fieldMinimum 5 - 10 years of experience in relevant fieldExperience in Low Voltage Must have strong technical background.Must have experience in leading a team.
