Minimum Requirements:MatricRelevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage5 or more years of key account management or similar experienceSolid experience managing multiple client sites across KZN3 or more years of staff management experienceExperienced with HR / IR policies and practicesSolid operational knowledge and experienceDrivers license and own reliable vehicle Responsibilities Build and maintain effective relationships with clientsEnsure that Employment Tax Incentives (ETI) targets are achievedEnsure that Learnership targets are achievedPlan and manage to ensure that candidates/assignees are recruited, and reference checked as per Company policies and proceduresEnsure that Fixed Term Contracts and Annexure A Forms are completed correctlySign off employee applications and hand to Contractor Zone Clerk for capturingEnsure staff is dispatched to clients as per client requirementsEnsure transport is arranged where necessary in order to facilitate that staff are dispatched to site on time and collected from site (when required) Ensure pay slips are delivered to employees timeouslyEnsure employee queries are attended to and resolved timeouslyEnsure incidents and accidents are investigated and that the necessary disciplinary action is takenAssist in strikes/unprotected strikes with the necessary knowledge and in conjunction with HR/IR department and Regional Operations Ensure client is informed of outcome on incidents and accidents and necessary documentation is completed, submitted and finalised Ensure employee information is updated and filed according to Company policies and proceduresEnsure Workmens Compensation Act (WCA) claims are completed and submittedEnsure Annual, Sick and Family Responsibility leave taken by employees are recorded and that the relevant documentation is completed, authorized and submitted to the Wage ClerkManage and schedule training for employees as per clientEnsure the following documentation is accurately completed, processed and filed correctly; application, disciplinary, WCA, meeting attendance registers, training registers, Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) and licensesEnsure standby roster is submitted to management to ensure clients are attended to on weekends and after hours Ensure timesheets are collected, calculated and submitted to Wage Clerk as per deadline/cut off datesEnsure blacklist book is updated, and information of employees are distributed to relevant peopleEnsure validity of employees' ID documents / driver license / certificates / qualifications / new applicationsEnsure Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) forms and Service certificates are completedEnsure all End of Contracts (EOC's) are completed and handed to relevant employee and uniforms, access cards, etc. are collected from employees Ensure client property is handed to client promptlyEnsure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is managed, weekly order and relevant control sheet with Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD's) are submitted to Branch Administrator timeouslyEnsure all employees are in correct PPE before going on shiftEnsure medicals, induction and access cards are arranged and relevant control sheet with AOD's are completed and submitted to Branch Administrator timeouslyEnsure employee file, documentation is completed and verified and processed before the employee is dispatchedEnsure all information and documentation is updated and available for audits
