Management Certificate/ Diploma Experience : 5 Years plus in a mining environment at middle management level. 4 Years plus experience in a management/supervisory role. Responsibilities : Management of Operations and Strategy in the Mining Division ensuring efficiency and competitive production. Legislation and Regulatory Compliance related to Laws, Policies and Procedure. Budgeting&Management of Financial Resources including planning, management, and controlling of financial resources.
