Responsible to develop and manage the implementation of resource and business development strategies to direct the Openserve towards continuous improvement. Responsible for managing and coordinating dedicated and integrated project management plans in dedicated areas ensuring that the projects produce the deliverables at the required standard of quality within the specified constraints of time, cost and quality, to achieve the benefits defined in the business case. Performance reporting on the various sub projects via business dashboards Perform risk identification and mitigation planning Establish the Quality roadmaps per technology/ products Do cost benefit analysis of various products and services Ensure seamless integration between systems before implementation Liaise with relevant stake holders to ensure optimal cross functional teamwork Determine program dependencies and milestones across multiple concurrent projects Liaise with relevant stake holders in identifying and resolving business/ process bottlenecks Align Project Office activities with BU business plan Establish and continually evolve the Project Management method in alignment with industry standard project management principles (PMBOK) Provide decision support, content&process support to the project owners Deliver continuous innovation and evolution of processes and procedures Provide support to strategic projects led from Openserve and other parts of Openserve Group Determine quality standards Perform quality monitoring and audits Ensure that quality timelines are met Ensure adherence to best practices Effective managing of escalations Manage and control records Manage the performance, productivity, development and wellbeing of own team: Effective people management Provide appropriate training and development initiatives Establish conducive work environment Manage employee health&safety Develop a high performance driven team repetitionEnsure leadership and performance that is aligned with the Openserve culture and values Manage OPEX and *** budget, expenditure and performance reporting with strict discipline Ensure legislator compliance and corporate governance Implement and adhere to Openserve policies and procedures Drive BBBEE Diversity targets Manage and control of activities outsourced to contractors and ensure quality checks Monitor and mitigate risks activities (including business continuity and operational risk management) within the technology environment Required Certification : None Qualifications : Relevant 3-year degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6) Experience : 5 Years relevant experience Special Requirements : Valid driver's license Willing to work outside normal working hours Willing to travel and stay out overnight Comments : To view the job description please click on the Job Description attachment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
