The overall purpose of this position is to manage several Operations Managers in covering the following key areas, client liaison, HR /IR matters, fleet management, expenses control, Investigations and to ensure the posting of Security officers, that all site security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.Minimum Requirements:Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry.People management experience.Strong planning, leadership, organisational skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s Licence is required.Must be firearm trained for Business PurposeNo criminal recordApplicants to reside in NewcastleKey Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services.Dealing with all required administration matters.Liaising daily with Branch management on various operational issues.Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Management.Interested candidates whose credentials best match the requirements can send their CV’s before close of business on 23 May 2024 with subject line “ Operations Manager Newcastle” tostephanieg@fidelity-services.comWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
