RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a suitably qualified and experienced CREDITORS SUPERVISOR for a well-established company, position based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!! REQUIREMENTSGrade 12.Relevant Degree or Diploma (accounting, finance, and business administration).English speaking (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with SAP would beadvantageous.Working experience with ERP software is required.3yrs+ previous working experience in a creditors environment is required.1yrs+ previous working experience in a senior/supervisory creditors role, including overseeing creditors staff.Creditors reconciliations.Capture invoices and credit notes.Reconciliation of creditors statements.Review and prepare payment documents.Review documentation for new accounts.Meet the required creditors deadlines and provide feedback to the finance manager weekly.Supervise the team and provide training and guidance where necessary.Promote process improvements and compliance within the creditors team.Monitor and implement corrective action for old, aged items on the age analysis.Compilation of adhoc reports as required from time to time.PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY AND RESIDE IN THE HOWICK OR SURROUNDING AREAS.
