Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipmentDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesReplace faulty parts and componentsTroubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctionsEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulationsMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activitiesAdministration and procurement of parts and components. Qualifications:Grade 12 or equivalentDiesel Mechanic Trade Test Red Seal CertificateMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Yellow Equipment and Heavy Duty Vehicles Mechanic.Strong knowledge of Heavy Duty equipment and related systems, i.e forklifts, skyjacks, telehandlers & mobile cranes.Good problem-solving and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license
