Duties:Manage and ensure all 3rd Party orders are picked on time and in full.Manage and ensure replenishments are done regularly.Maintaining records including daily/weekly/monthly reportingEnsure the shop is kept neat and tidy.Assist with general shop tasks as required.Maintain a polite and engaging approach with customers.Clear, effective and courteous communication with customers and between departments including the interaction with supervisors and managers.Customer service orientated.Manage the till area and ensure POS system and processes are accurately followed.Ensure stock is accurately received and all receiving processes are correctly followed.Accurate and timeous completion of monthly stock takes:Strive for low variance reports in line with stock take targets.Ensure reasoning is provided for variances.Ensure investigation takes place for any variances found.If any corrections are agreed upon, ensure these are completed timeously.Assist the Inventory Controller to ensure SYSPRO is kept accurately updated with stock movements between allocated warehousesKnowledge and Experience RequiredComputer literacy, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Matric / Grade 12.Great communication skills.2 years of retail experience.
