A very well-known Clothing Retail client in Kimberley / Bloemfontein is looking to appoint an Area Manager for the Free State region.As an Area Manager for a retail clothing store, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and performance of multiple stores within a designated area.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and financial metrics for each store in the designated area.Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve operational standards.Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.Ensure stores maintain an attractive and organized visual merchandising layout.Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and markdown strategies.Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Collaborate with various departments, such as logistics and marketing, to streamline operations.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Requirements:Previous employment in the clothing retail environment with be advantageousProven experience in retail management, with a focus on clothing and apparel.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.Ability to travel within the designated area as needed.If would meet the requirements and wanting to apply for this position, kindly send your CV to Alana Botha at
