Key Responsibilities · Pre-sales Architecture: · Design and architect solutions aligned with customer needs. · Develop and review Cloud Products and Services roadmaps. · Manage technical customer relationships, focusing on security, cost, performance, reliability, and efficiency. · Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations. · Lead the technical design and build custom solutions. · Provide pre-sales technical support, examining client infrastructure and requirements. · Transition proposed solutions to the Delivery team. · Leverage partnerships for complex solutions. · Influence customer cloud strategy and digital transformation. Business Development: · Contribute to account management plans and go-to-market strategies. · Identify and close key sales opportunities with sales specialists. · Develop technical responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs. · Provide technical input on pricing for tenders. · Maintain sales pipeline visibility to influence potential deals. Governance and Risk Management : · Align with Group sales and pre-sales processes. · Comply with relevant policies and procedures. Job Requirements Education: · Minimum 3-year diploma in ICT. · Fluent in local language and basic English. Experience: · Minimum 2 years in a pre-sales environment. · Deep understanding of cloud computing products and services. · Experience with Telecom solutions for large enterprise clients. · Experience in a medium-sized organization.
