Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc or BEng.) with a focus on road construction and contract expertise. Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory. A valid driver's license is required. At least 5-8 years of post-graduation experience in consulting engineering, with significant involvement in design and contract documentation. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage risk effectively. Design and implement road infrastructure projects, including pavement and geotechnical assessment and quality construction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
