Description: The role is to develop brilliant Integrated Business plans for the country and in the clusters that exist. To champion and drive excellent execution of the plans and actively support business performance in close collaboration with key Diageo stakeholders and distributor teams. It is the purpose of the role to achieve excellent cooperation with the Consumer Marketing team and the rest of the Customer Marketing and Route to Customer teams. The core functionality of the role is to develop the country strategy and annual plans (including portfolio, channel, and innovation strategy). Top Accountabilities: Drive the Integrated Business Planning Process Execute the quarterly business prioritization, including the rolling 24-month plan by driving the adaptation of centrally provided growth drivers (excl. ATL) to meet specific market requirements, keeping consistency with brand guidelines. Support quarterly business reviews to ensure performance and plans are on track (in line with Key Account business reviews and performance management thereof). Create an IBP based on the channel and brand strategy with baseline financials, in Activity Review input into the monthly Demand Review process by driving quality outputs. Lead the Brilliant Execution Process Coordinate and deliver the activity plans to execute consistently by leading the Brilliant Execution process to deliver insight-based plans that respond to the channel, trade, and portfolio strategies. Lead the process to ensure that we have joint plans with our customers and ensure expert analysis of multiple data sources is converted quickly into simple, clear, actionable implications with our customers. Establishing competitive advantage through customer marketing expertise Lead the development of partnerships ensuring wide-reaching impact of our programs and cross-category synergies, while maximizing ROI. Create the conditions for the team to become the most recognized activation team in the industry, through our ability to deliver flawless execution. Targeted Trade Investment that maximizes ROI Leveraging NRM and maximize Promotional Investment working with Account Managers and Finance to deliver a sound customer P&L with both Diageo&the customer in mind. Execute the M&E agenda for the team and report back on insights and the development of investment levels through bottom-up budget planning in collaboration with the brands teams and the commercial teams. Simple, effective decision-making and clarity of accountabilities Embed clearly defined ways of working and roles for consumer marketing and customer marketing by Category, Channel&Customer. Ensure everyone understands their part in the process and create the conditions for other individuals and teams to do their roles effectively by contributing only when it will add true value and allowing others the space to lead. Qualifications and Experience Required: Qualifications Suitable Degree Valid Driver’s license Experience Broad experience of Commercial (Minimum 4 – 5 years) working in sales, customer marketing, retailing, or planning functions Project Management Experience Commercial and Financial decision-making experience Skills High cognitive ability Facilitate operational simplicity, enabling decisions to be made, aligned to and executed swiftly Analytical skills, systems aptitude, and data handling expertise Capable of working cross-functionally and with a sense of initiative and ownership Building collaborative and influential relationships with customers and industry peers in customer marketing and related disciplines Worker Type: Regular Primary Location: Waterfall Additional Locations: Job Posting Start Date: 2024-05-30 #J-18808-Ljbffr
