Our client is looking for the services of a Group Remuneration and Benefit specialist to join their team. You should have at least 10 years experience in Remuneration and Benefits with at least 2 years job grading experience. You must be a Certified Global Remuneration Professional. Send your CV now!The role is accountable for the administration, implementation and monitoring of the remuneration, reporting on employee costs and related, employee benefits, job grading policies, procedures and systems in support of the overall Group remuneration philosophy. Critical experience: 10 years remuneration and benefits experience (Essential) of which 2 years job grading experience (Essential). 2 years’ Payroll experience (Essential) 2 years reporting experience (Essential) PowerBI experience Minimum Education: Grade 12 (Essential) 3 years tertiary qualification in HR Related field (Essential) Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification (Essential). Technical competencies/ Professional expertise: Knowledge of job evaluation methodology and principles Knowledge of benchmarking techniques Knowledge of research methodology Knowledge of Payroll&HR Systems Knowledge of Tax and Labour Legislation Survey administration techniques Microsoft Office Excel (Intermediate to advanced) Power BI knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
