This role involves managing and processing various stock and share-related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant procedures. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Managing of Contracts (Points and Timeshare Resort specific): Oversee and manage the loading of contract, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Managing of Sales Registers: Ensuring the relevant Sales Registers are updates correctly for all deals loaded.Managing of the Resale list for Timeshare (Resort Specific): Ensuring the resale lists are updates accordingly in line with the availability sheets this would include retentions.Timeshare Transfer Management (Resort Specific): Processing of Timeshare transfers effectively and accurately.Timeshare Certificate Generation: Generate and send share certificates to the relevant parties in a timely manner.External Agencies Commissions: Processing of the Commissions on a weekly basisQualifications:Matric certificate (required)FFC Certificate (bonus)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent attention to detailProficiency in relevant software and systemsEffective communication skills for dealing with secretaries, attorneys, and internal teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience:Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role.Knowledge of stock and timeshare management.Hands-on experience with relevant software and systems for managing stock transfers and timeshare (DVC8 System).Experience in generating and maintaining accurate reports.Familiarity with legal and procedural requirements in stock / property transfers (Bonus).Implementing best practices for document management.Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
