You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Simply put, you’ll solve business problems using technology, work with multiple teams concurrently, and be able to take pride in end to end ownership of a project. As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma, Degree Preferred: Minimum Years of Experience: 6 year(s) Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Conducting an impact analysis, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders. Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to help optimize or facilitate a change initiative. Building plans to support the design, development, delivery and management of Change solutions, such as comms, training, stakeholder engagement, etc. Driving knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Highlighting familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Proving success in delivering projects with demonstrable business impact, preferably within the context of a large-scale organizational Change effort. Exhibiting active listening skills and empathy that will aid the deep exploration of issues and challenges that are being articulated by our stakeholders. Utilizing enhanced communication skills, both written and verbal. Ensuring ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including senior stakeholders and partners in PwC. Driving ability to establish and maintain relationships. Influencing and inspiring others and moving toward a common vision or goal. Remaining flexible and adaptable, while remaining comfortable with ambiguous challenges and situations. Illustrating resilience and tenacity with a propensity to persevere.
