Job Description Assume full responsibility and accountability for the regional strategy and growth activities of the Channel. To build sustainable key relationships across all channels, product houses and segments. Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to drive balance growth within Commercial Segment. Develop a strategy for market share&balance growth. Execute sales campaigns across FNB channels to drive sales. Compile monthly tracking of delivery against pre-aligned targets. Manage various partnerships effectively and establish rapport with stakeholders. Manage own development by assessing own performance and request training. Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions. Maintain and foster ethical dealings with customers and clients. Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets. Have thorough understanding of the Cash Investments products to be able to deliver comprehensive training for sales personnel in various channels. Contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of sales competitions or campaigns aimed at the increase of sales. Coordinate and manage the product sales pipelines of the different channels and make adjustments accordingly based on internal and market changes. Provide input into the schedule for product sales pipeline. Support the Growth Managers in execution of Segment strategies. Take full responsibility and ownership of Profit&Loss (PnL) management. Develop the Growth strategy for the sub-segment. Define the success criteria by channel. Ownership of driving initiatives. Income statement&Balance sheet understanding. People Management responsibility including goal setting, development plan alignment and career path management of direct reports. Manage internal Cash Investments stakeholders i.e. Channel, Enablement, Product, LRC, Marketing, CVM, Client Experience&Operations. Assume the role of single point of contact for Cash Investments within Segment. Qualifications and Experience 2 – 3 years related experience. Relevant commercial degree in B (Comm, Information Management, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Financial Management, Engineering, Informatics). Strong stakeholder management ability essential. Proficiency in presenting to Executives at Exco, Manco, Regional sessions and other governance forums. Strong understanding and interpretation of data essential.
