The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the HR function within our organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the company. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures Ensure EE compliance.
