This does not include first level data capture, but rather final review, oversight, sign-off and reporting of the sustainability data to PwC global and local management.Key Outputs :Manage baseline data, KPIs, systems and dashboardsManage internal reporting to achieve PwC’s purposeCoordinate timely development of internal reporting of sustainability dataEnsure timely tracking of progress and assurance of sustainability metrics linked to the Global CR reportingManage quarterly steerco reporting for sustainabilityFinal review of sustainability data submitted to the PwC Africa Corporate Sustainability departmentUltimately responsible for the sustainability data and will provide final sign-off before submission of data to the Africa Leadership team and PwC globalFacilitate training with leadership and data teamsManage and provide data for PwC Africa’s Net Zero commitmentWork closely with several other departments Finance, Infrastructure, Procurement and Human Capital to drive the change required to achieve the PwC Africa Net Zero commitmentsManage a team and the Corporate Sustainability departmentOversee, support and report on the Supply Chain Net Zero aspects related to SBT'sExperience :Experience in monitoring, measurement, and disclosure of Sustainability KPIsTechnical expertise in understanding international best practice in terms of ESG standards, particularly in reportingExperience working with large data, data management and data analyticsExperience working with sustainability performance measuresPractical experience in working at a site level to ensure validity, accuracy, and completeness of dataExperience in professional services (highly desirable)Experience in managing a teamExperience in carbon reportingQualifications : Graduate degree in relevant disciplineCompetencies / Attributes :Strong analytical capabilitiesWhole leadershipBusiness acumenTechnical and digitalGlobal and inclusiveRelationshipsNB: Please note that preference will be given to candidates in Johannesburg.#J-18808-Ljbffr
