Our client is a leading player in the hoisting industry, providing top-notch design, manufacturing, supply, installation, and commissioning services for winders, winches, hoists, and related equipment. Currently, they have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator in their team. This role involves assisting the Spares and Services, Sales and Marketing Teams, and Project Managers by communicating with and maintaining a key focus on documentation. Primary Responsibilities Receive, register, evaluate, and clarify documentation. Obtain accurate pricing for Spares and Services offers/tenders, prepare pricing schedules for quotations, and assist with the compilation and submission of tenders/quotations. Receive and assess clients' purchase orders and submit formal receipts of orders. Formally hand orders over to Engineering, Production, and Service Departments. Prepare and circulate handover meeting minutes. Interact with respective Project Managers, keeping them informed of spares and components offered as part of mechanical upgrades and minor sales. Assist Project Managers with compiling and costing project-specific recommended spares lists. Provide feedback to the Sales and Marketing Heads. Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales/Sales Administration within the Engineering/Mining Industry. Technical Engineering Qualification.
