The candidate must be willing to travel to Wynberg Jhb for a month or 2 until the warehouse is in full swing!Key Responsibilities: Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks, manage task assignments to project resources, and report on and manage project scope throughout the project lifecycle.Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, service organizations and implementation partners.Review project deliverables for accuracy and apprise management of issues effecting project status and offer solutions to solve the issues.Create and support standards, processes, and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team.Confidently make presentations to small, mid-size, and large audiencesResponsible for overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating resources, budget management, and resolving problems, staff management, budgets, sales reviews, etc. Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing project health analysis, significant issue tracking, and communication with the project team, business lines, and management levels regularly.Research, identify risks, and propose contingency & mitigation plans.Adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of business.Possess strong knowledge of project management theory and practices.Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure timelines are delivered on time, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.Recognize, recommend, and implement Organizational Change Management strategy and deliverables in the project.Organizing appointments and meetings with prospective customers/clientsHave excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Identifying and establishing new business and negotiating contractsPrevious experience in medical device sales is beneficial.Have the proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
