As part of your portfolio as Senior Manager: FinTech Customer Experience and Services Management , you will be: Responsible to provide holistic operational leadership across all MTN Group FinTech IT operations to maintain highest standards of customer satisfaction and service levels Establish and maintain service level management practices and hold accountable all FinTech IT partners and organizations to provide superior Mobile Money customer experience Contribute towards Group FinTech overall strategic goals, to achieve profitable growth and to continuously improve the operations performance Drive financial inclusion in the region as well as operational excellence in day-to-day IT operations The incumbent must have the following: 4-year Information Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Engineering (or related) Degree Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification Expert or Managing Professional/Master Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT Service Operations and/or Support functions Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology covering Fintech, Financial Services, insurance, banking, mobile money Hands on experience in managing, leading IT Operations in a multi country environment Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven and ability to motivate a fast-paced team What will give an edge to your application: Masters in Business Administration Understanding emerging markets Worked across diverse cultures and geographies Pan Africa multi-cultural experience Ready to make and drive the change with us?
