As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for consulting with our clients on their data needs, the architecture of appropriate solutions, and the leadership of a team of engineers involved in the delivery of data solutions. You would be very conscious of the importance of sharing knowledge and building other team members in the process of leading a team. Key Responsibilities of Role Consulting directly with business users toelicitreporting and BI requirements, including proposal development. Designing the architecture of appropriate data solutions. Getting involved in, and leading a team of data professionals responsible for: ETL / ELT pipeline development. Data warehouse modelling. Dashboard and report development using Power BI. Minimum 7 years of experience in a BI Development related role responsible for: Data pipeline development. Dashboarding and Reporting. Data modelling (Kimball Methodology). Minimum 2 years of experience in a role responsible for architecture related activities for BI solutions, including team leadership. Experience consulting directly with business users on their data needs and documenting of proposals, requirements, and technical specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (our clients are some of the world’s largest property manager / owners who have head offices in the East Coast of the US and the UK).
