Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB To support the Production Superintendent in managing plant operations in an effective and efficient manner ensuring sustainable operations complying with SHEQ, cost and volume targets through the utilization and provision of capable employees, equipment and resources. In addition, the Process Specialist needs to be the continuous improvement driver of the Metallurgical process through reporting on and analysing production performance, making recommendations and implementing projects in a safe manner. Job Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE B.Eng./BSc. Eng. Degree or N Diploma. 4 years’ relevant experience in the heavy industry, preferably 2 years’ managerial experience.
