Durban. Opportunity exists for driven Rental and Sales Executive to join leaders within the building solutions industry. Relevant Diploma / Degree in Commerce with a solid rentals and sales track record and new business development experience secures. Responsibilities: Achieve monthly rentals and sales targets and deadlines. Conduct in-depth market, sector, and competitor analysis. Develop and implement growth strategies. Source, negotiate, and sign new rental/sales business. Plan and set up appointments with identified key customers. Prepare proposals and quotations/solutions to customers with accurate costing. Build and maintain relationships with clients within targeted sectors. Manage existing customers (from quotation to implementation phase and follow-ups). Negotiate rental rates and terms with clients. Coordinate the logistics of delivery and setup at client sites. Monitor and report on rental fleet performance including utilization rates, revenue generation, and profitability. Prepare and present reports to management with insights and recommendations for business growth. Requirements: Degree/National Diploma in Business Management/Marketing/Sales or any other relevant tertiary qualification. Proven rentals and sales track record within the specified region (min 10 years external rentals and sales experience). Operational experience within similar industries is advantageous. Strong entrepreneurial/rentals and sales experience an advantage. Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft applications. Literate in CRM applications is advantageous. Entrepreneurial personality or character traits. Technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations, and previous project management experience is ideal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
