Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, and other IT systems Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including the hiring and training of staff Monitor and analyze system performance and implement ways to improve the efficiency of IT operations Ensure the organization's data is secure and protected Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends Partner with vendors and stakeholders to ensure all IT-related needs are met Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience as a Director of Technology or similar role Technology management and/or leadership experience In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure Excellent organizational and project management skills Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
