What You'll Do: As a member of our support team, you will be dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include addressing client queries, providing guidance to enhance their campaigns, and efficiently handling any concerns or complaints. What We're Seeking: We're in search of individuals who embody the following qualities: Organized and Self-Starter: Take initiative and thrive in an organized work environment. Collaborative Spirit: Be easy to get along with and possess the ability to motivate and inspire those around you. Digital Marketing Knowledge: While not essential, having a good understanding of Ads and digital marketing will be advantageous. Problem Solver: Be adept at handling unhappy clients and finding mutually beneficial solutions. Client-Focused: Successfully build and maintain relationships with our diverse range of clients. Remote Work Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills as you'll be working remotely, necessitating a high level of trust and dedication. Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Analytical Skills: Experience discussing and interpreting stats and numbers with clients. Work Schedule: US Hours: The role requires a commitment to working during US hours. 8-hour Shift: Monday to Friday Skills and Experience: Client Account Management: Proven experience in effectively managing client accounts.
