Healthy understanding and knowledge of denim garment construction, washes, etc. Pattern knowledge also advantageous. Responsibilities Fittings and fit samples. Advise design/construction changes where necessary to facilitate production and assist with cost. Assist the Patternmakers in the Design Room with pattern construction, fit queries and grading. Process all the required Pre-Production information. Calculate and apply shrinkages to Pre Pro specs, sign off for production. Conduct store visits. Attend product meetings. Requirements Qualifications: Relevant Degree/Diploma. Experience: 3 – 8 years experience in Denim Apparel (jeans, etc). Additional: • Must be able to work under pressure.Position located in Cape Town.
