Description Sales Executive: Printing Industry – Observatory, Cape Town - Basic Negotiable Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 At least 5 years’ experience in a sales role. Industry related experience would be an advantage. Ability to research and identify prospective customers. Understands the sales process. Candidate must have commercial and business awareness. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Responsibilities Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Visiting potential customers for new business. Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends. Participating in trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Identifying new markets and business opportunities. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to internal sales executive. Reviewing own performance, and adjust targets accordingly. Key Performance Objectives Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Marketing of products. Analyze Customer needs, present optimal solutions and close the sale. Skills, Experience and General Requirements Able to demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and externally. Ability to perform under pressure.
