Responsibilities Lead and manage the Logistics Department, overseeing all deliveries, dispatching, and personnel. Plan, organize, and document delivery schedules, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate delivery schedules with production to meet customer requirements and delivery dates. Manage the entire fleet, including multiple vehicles and third-party transport services. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and road traffic regulations. Maintain accurate records of stock, delivery schedules, and fuel consumption. Conduct fault-finding inspections and oversee weekly and monthly stock takes. Act as a contingency for the Logistics Administrator, fulfilling duties as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Health and Safety and Production Planning.
