SAAS Appointment Setter (USA-Based) - Remote Position: SAAS Appointment Setter Location: Remote (Must reside in South Africa) Work Hours: 3 PM - 11 PM South African Time Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor Industry: Software as a Service (SAAS) Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SAAS Appointment Setter to join our team. This remote position requires you to work during USA business hours (3 PM - 11 PM South African Time). The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the SAAS industry. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA to set up appointments for the sales team. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for a sales appointment. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all client details are up-to-date. Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to nurture leads and confirm appointments. Communication: Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and appointment outcomes. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales, preferably in the SAAS industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while meeting targets. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software applications. Equipment: Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection. Work Hours: Must be available to work from 3 PM to 11 PM South African Time. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely and managing work independently. Familiarity with the SAAS industry and understanding of basic software solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
