A Plasma CNC Operator is responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines that use plasma cutting technology to cut materials steel and stainless steelDutiesReading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, or work orders to determine the specifications for the cuts required.Setting up and programming CNC machines based on the job requirements.Loading and unloading materials onto the CNC machine, ensuring proper positioning.Monitoring the cutting process to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.Making adjustments to the CNC machine settings as needed.Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine.Inspecting finished products for accuracy and quality.Troubleshooting issues with the CNC machine and making necessary repairs.Following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.In addition to these responsibilities,Plasma CNC Operator should have a good understanding of CNC machine operation, be detail-oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.Training in CNC machine operation and familiarity with plasma cutting technology is required for this role.Must have a minimum of 5 years experienced.Deadline driven.Be able to work in fast paced environmentStable work recordAvailable as soon as possible.
