The Vacancy Join our Service Charges Project team! We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Service Charges Project team on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025. This is a fantastic time to join us on our transformation journey to provide a truly modern finance function and help us build a better future in affordable homes, services, and communities. Having recently implemented our new finance system, this role is to support the Service Charge Project team and will be crucial in providing service charge accounting information for the Group. Gain valuable experience within a dynamic finance project team Contribute to a transformative mission in affordable housing Be part of a team dedicated to accuracy and excellence in financial reporting Some of the things we are looking for: Experience of providing an excellent customer driven service Excellent ICT skills (Word, Excel, Cloud technologies) A good problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to establish strong, sustained working relationships based on respect and effective negotiation and influencing skills AAT Level 2 or equivalent experience would be considered desirable Experience of working within a large finance department and using digital technology within a finance or data driven environment would be beneficial While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required.
