Nitsch Engineering is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in one of our three Massachusetts offices in Boston, Worcester, or Lawrence!*A brief cover letter is required to be considered for the position*ResponsibilitiesLeverage your writing and proofreading skills to edit a broad range of documents including, but not limited to proposals, memos, field reports, marketing documents, and presentations. Prepare marketing materials to pursue new projects and develop client relationships.Write new project descriptions and case studies. Support the maintenance of Nitsch social media channels. Assist technical staff to prepare for networking events, professional seminars, and technical presentations. Work closely with the marketing team on a variety of tasks and projects.Requirements0-2 years of experience in marketing or related field.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent working experience) in marketing, English, or a related field.Well *** in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Photoshop) is preferred.Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong organizational skills.Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.A strong desire to learn.About UsNitsch Engineering is an employee-owned, mid-sized engineering firm providing land development and sustainable site solutions in our communities.
