RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for effectively managing Plant Production and Maintenance teamsEffectively manage plant staff and resourcesConstantly monitor the plant and ensure prompt action to ensure plant availabilityEnsure all quality and operation/control procedures with respect to plant operations are met in fullMaintain accurate records and proper administration as required by the various operationsContinuously work at improving and optimizing the various processesEnsure adherence to all respective safety standardsEffective management of stockMonitor plant records and report on the various processes and projectsAttend client meetings and feedback/reports on the plant, processesCompilation of monthly Plant Reports, including feedback to Area ManagerPrompt and professional client response, service and feedback Requirements Relevant BSc Chem Eng or B Eng (Chemical) qualificationMUST have +3 years experience in advanced water treatmentGood understanding of plant health and managing water treatment plantsEffective trouble shooting experience in the water industry3 years Management experience in a plant/factory environmentGood time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsFully computer literate MS Office suiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Clients, Suppliers, Contractors as well as staffSolid organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task across various projects, and tasksMarket related salary subject to relevant qualification, experience and track recordSouth African Citizens only
