Minimum Requirements:* National diploma or degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology* Advanced Labour Law diploma (desirable)* Registered with HR professional bodies* 5 Years experience as an HR generalist* Valid driver's license and own transport* Computer literacy* Attention to detailTasks and output:* Ensure legal compliance and keep up with ER trends in the business area* Represent the company in disciplinary/grievance hearings and consolidations/arbitration cases at the CCMA as and when required.* Provide advice to management, departments, chairpersons and employees with regards to employee relations and disciplinary processes.* Support the HR manager with ensuring sound labour relations throughout the unit/departments through proactive engagements with the workforce and trade unions* Monitor HR and organizational climate* Provide counselling, mediation and consulting services if/when required* Align ER functions to the training functions (e.g. training line supervision on the disciplinary code)* Compile statistics and monthly ER reports* Support to HR on tracking and checking the wellbeing of employees off site* Plan and coordinate union training plans* If required, design and prepare training material for internal training events
