Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.Chemical engineering diploma.3 years' experience in engineering.Water treatment industry experience preferred.Knowledge of RO, UF, softening technologies.Proficient in MS Office.Understanding of OHS Act.Medically fit for plant environment.Adequate vision and hearing Responsibilities:Develop and manage training programs.Ensure SOP compliance and updates.Identify competency gaps and organize training.Conduct site-specific training.Administer PTO planning for supervisors.
