·         Ensure HR & Payroll compliance at an organisational level;·         Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinary hearings, grievance procedures and handling poor work performance·         Provide line management support and coaching on HR related matters.·         Manage the  entire recruitment process on behalf of the clients;·         Conduct entire on-boarding value chain (offer letters, appointment letters, appointment forms and conduct induction);·         Manage exit procedures;·         Implement performance management system;·         Design ,formulate and implement company policies and procedure;·         Handle training and development function;·         Process end to end Payroll every biweekly and monthly;·         Respond to HR & Payroll enquiries accordingly.·         Track and monitor HR & Payroll work performed on behalf of clients.
·         Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or related;·         Ideal, 3-5 yrs experience working within Human Resources;·         Payroll experience (VIP Premier) advantageous;·         Knowledge of South African Labour legislation and structures (E.g. BCEA, EEA, SETA’s, Bargaining Council etc.).
·         Excellent communications skills·         Presentation skills·         Planning and organisational skills·         Ability to work under pressure and Multi-tasking·         Ability to handle client enquiries and complains·         Intermediate to advance Computer skills, excel, word, PowerPoint, Internet and Outlook·         Demonstrate ability to take ownership and accountability for own work.
