Key Accountabilities/ Principal ResponsibilitiesThe Company RulesCustomer RelationsCash Management ProceduresPassenger Management ProceduresSecurity ProceduresCleaning ProceduresHealth and Safety ProceduresPRIMARY DUTIESShift Schedule and Resource AttendanceCo-ordinate shift schedule via Prof1T on a monthly basisDistribution of staff schedules to individual resourcesMonitor resource attendance by shift and coordinate relieversMonitor and review biometrics system and shift schedule for staff discrepanciesContinuous coordination of shift schedule when required i.e. training, events, absenteeism and any form of leaveMonthly Man-hours ReportTimesheet CoordinationReconciliation of timesheets with biometrics on Prof1TCoordinate any discrepanciesStaff Transport LogisticsDistribution of staff schedules to various transport service providers for staff transportLogistical Opening of StationsOpening of all stations as from 03:00Transport staff from base station to ensure all station service are in place with start of service, if required.SECONDARY DUTIESMulti skilled to provide WIC servicesMulti skilled to provide cashier servicesMulti skilled to provide Call Centre servicesDirect station and communication system faults to maintenance department/Call CentreIt should be noted that for operational reasons, it may be necessary for you to perform tasks other than those described herein from time to time. Prescribed procedures may be amended by management as and when required.Key Skills and ExperienceGrade 12Min 2-year Office Administration experienceMin 2-year experience in the operations of Bus Rapid Transport Systems Good knowledge of MSOfficeValid drivers license (Code 8)Willingness to work additional shifts as and when requiredPeople and Management SkillStrong administration skillsAbility to coordinate various projects simultaneouslyGood communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels with all stakeholdersAbility to conduct investigationsPro-active and time management skillsSelf-motivated and ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks Adhere to deadlines and targetsAnalytical and quick-thinkingKey Result AreasEnsure accuracy when capturing information as it affects staff remunerationCo-ordination of staff transport logistics to ensure staff collections and determine cost saving methods
