Professional affiliation preferred. ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools advantageous. Proven experience leading finance teams. Ability to manage external challenges: SARS, Banks, Auditors, compliance (BBBEE, Employment Equity, Work Skills Plans). Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration. Responsibilities: Safeguard financial health: oversee operations, reporting, planning, analysis. Manage Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AP, AR functions. Ensure timely, accurate reporting, analysis, interpretation. Oversee finance compliance: audits, tax submissions. Manage Business Insurance, including data compilation. Coordinate Budget Process. Support Business Process Compliance, Internal Audit. Provide oversight for Treasury Functions. Lead, mentor finance team. Handle external challenges: SARS, Banks, Auditors, compliance (BBBEE, Employment Equity, Work Skills Plans).
