Duties & Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the country’s customs, shipping regulations, quality requirements and safety procedures. Prepare shipping documentation for custom purposes. Execute and organise all activities related to the logistics for customers. Freight Forwarding in respect of specific transport movements. Ensure that all client requirements are met to the service level agreed and proactively communicate any potential issues. Provide quick and responsive service. Build relationships with the upstream and downstream supply chain, external service providers and clients .
