[ads1] Job Responsibilities: Participating and contributing to the strategic planning and management of the Branch Directs and controls the outcomes associated with utilization, productivity and performance of section staff. Manages, monitors and controls the consolidation, processing and presentation of branch records, information and documents. Lead, manage, control the administrative requirements associated with the Branch by ensuring administrative and departmental procedures and guidelines are adopted, applied and complied with. Ensure effective management of risk for the branch in compliance with corporate policy. Manages the HR Support of the branch Liaising with SCM with regards to goods and services supplied on tender and motivating any deviations requested Provide support in respect of the section Service Delivery Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP), Organizational Performance Management and Business Planning Processes. Ensure effective management of the branch’s assets and inventory items. Control the financial requirements of the branch by complying with MFMA and other pertinent legislation, policies and procedures pertaining to financial management within local government Ensure compliance with statutory / regulatory obligations, standards and procedures for the branch. Job Requirements: Relevant B Degree or equivalent A valid driver’s licence.
