Duties and Responsibilities• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism• Achieve high levels of sales performance results• Day to day management of employees in execution of daily tasks to maximize sales.• Help solve problems that affect service, productivity and efficiency• Manage visual standards in store and garage, including merchandising, signage, general maintenance and housekeeping.• Monitor business profitability.Qualifications• Matric + Retail/ Administration/ Marketing/Management Diploma with min 5 years management experience in retailCompencies / Skills required• Proactive and sales driven• Energetic and goal driven• Ability to work under pressure• Computerised skills in Word and Excel• Good numerical skills• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to solve problems and be solution orientated• Personnel management and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization• Customer orientated• Experienced in costings and management and monitoring of gross profit and expenses in all shop divisions• HR – Basic knowledge in HR requirements• HSEQ – Basic knowledge in Health and Safety requirements• Experience in OK/Shoprite/Checkers/Caltex/Total will receive preference
