The candidate should be experienced in SANRAL projects.As a Professional Structural Engineer/Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures, such as buildings, bridges, and towers. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered successfully and according to client needs.Responsibilities:Design and analyze structures using relevant software and codesPrepare construction drawings and specificationsConduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specificationsCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to develop design concepts and solutionsManage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely deliveryProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technologistsStay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Structural EngineeringProfessional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng)Minimum of 10 years' experience in structural engineeringProven track record with SANRAL projectsProficient in relevant structural design softwareStrong technical skills and knowledge of structural engineering principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:Salary negotiable based on experienceTravel and accommodation will be coveredCellphone allowanceContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
