Description Hire Resolve's client, a leading law firm in Cape Town, is currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the legal team and ensure the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities Dealing with all aspects of secretarial nature and knowledge of litigation work, dealing with pleadings Provide administrative support to the legal team and ensure the smooth running of the office. Draft and prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements Organize and maintain legal files and documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for attorneys and clients Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings Requirements 5 years minimum experience in law environment, Relevant Degree or Diploma/ Paralegal or Similar Experience in litigation work, excellent language, writing skills Proficiency in MS Office suite Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills Benefits Salary: R144K/yr - R204K/yr, salary negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
