As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients meet their production goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales analysis Analyze inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to optimize stock availability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on demand plans and strategies Monitor and communicate forecast accuracy and demand variances to stakeholders Identify potential supply chain disruptions and provide recommendations for improvement Utilize demand planning systems and tools to support forecasting and analysis Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management in the Beverage Industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make accurate forecasts Experience with demand planning software and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Benefits Salary: R600k - R500k CTC per annum Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
